Size Guide
Use this guide to understand body measurements, garment measurements, common fit terminology and general size references. Product-specific size information should always take priority when available.
How to take your measurements
Use a soft measuring tape, stand naturally and keep the tape close to the body without pulling it tight.
Chest / Bust
Measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level across your back.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, usually the narrowest part of the torso.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat.
Shoulders
Measure across the back from one natural shoulder edge to the other.
Sleeve
Measure from the shoulder point down the relaxed arm to the wrist.
Inseam
For trousers, measure from the crotch seam down the inside leg to the desired hem.

Understanding fit
Slim / Fitted
Designed to sit closer to the body. Pay extra attention to non-stretch fabrics.
Regular Fit
A balanced everyday fit with moderate ease through the body.
Relaxed / Oversized
Intentionally provides additional room and may measure larger than the body measurement.
Garment vs body
Garment dimensions include ease and therefore can be larger than the wearer's body measurement.
Fabric, stretch & tolerance
Stretch knits can adapt differently from rigid woven fabrics. Review product descriptions for elasticity and structure. Minor measurement differences can occur due to fabric behavior, manufacturing and manual measuring.
